Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the financial behavior and financial management of students part-time workers at the Institute of Technology and Science Mandala Jember. This study uses qualitative methods. The sample in the study were 7 accounting student informants who did part-time work at the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science. Observation and interviews were used to obtain data. The results showed that the motivation of students to do part-time work is caused by two factors, namely economic factors and social factors. Financial behavior of parttime students at Mandala Institute of Technology and science shows a rational and planned process in determining priorities and making financial decisions. Student Financial Management part-time workers, set aside part of the income for productive assets, Pay Credit installment obligations, and conduct financial evaluations.
