Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to analyze the influence of lifestyle, online customer reviews, store atmosphere, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alas Restaurant, located in the Ijen Geopark tourism area, Banyuwangi. The research subjects were consumers who had visited at least once, including regular customers. This study is expected to provide deeper insights into consumer preferences and behavior regarding the factors that affect purchasing decisions. The research employed a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method involving 60 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using SPSS with a series of tests, namely validity test, t-test, and f-test. The results of the t-test analysis showed that lifestyle, online customer reviews, and service quality partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while store atmosphere and product quality had a negative but significant effect. Meanwhile, the f-test results confirmed that all independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alas Restaurant.
