Abstract
ABSTRACT This Study aims to determine the effect of macrofactors, namely Interest Rate and Inflation, as well as micro factors, Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock returns. The populations used is manufacturing companies in the consumer good industry sector which are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and sample taken in this study was purposive sampling. Thea used is secondary data and the method of analysis used is multiple liniar regression with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21,0 program to find the independent variables influencing the related variables. With the F the test to determine the effect simultaneously, t test to see the partial effect. The result of study are simultaneously the variables Interest Rate, Inflation, Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant influence on stock return. Partial result, namely macro factors consitting of Interest Rates and Inflation have a significant effect on stock returns, on micro factors partially Price to Book Value has a significant effect on stock return while Earning Per Share and Debt to Equty Ratio have no effect on stock returns.
