Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) on employee performance through the pillars of leadership, family, and well being at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in East Java Province. This research used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 110 employee respondents. The results of this study found that EVP has a significant influence on employee performance. The implementation of EVP, which includes intrinsic motivation, career development, and recognition of contributions, can directly enhance performance. Transformational leadership acts as an effective mediator in strengthening the positive influence of EVP on employee performance. Leaders who can inspire and motivate become key agents in articulating and implementing EVP values at the operational level. Additionally, work-life balance, facilitated by EVP policies such as work flexibility and support for family life, also mediates the influence of EVP on improving employee performance. Support for employee well-being, both physically and psychologically, shows a significant contribution to creating a productive and supportive work environment. An EVP that provides resources and a healthy and safe work environment positively affects employee productivity and performance. The study recommends that the management of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in East Java Province integrate EVP values into organizational policies and practices. A holistic implementation of EVP is expected to create a more inclusive, productive, and supportive work environment for all employees. Keywords: EVP, Leadership, Family, Well-being
