Abstract

Universities karate SHINDOKA is one of the universities karate located in Jember, which has its head dikecamatan cockscomb the foyer praise No. 36, and has been shaded by Forki (Federation of Sports Karate Indonesia) University karate SHINDOKA already has many branches are scattered in several districts in the city of Jember , college SHINDOKA karate championship held annually between branches tujuanya find the seeds - seeds jember athletes to represent the city at the regional level, nationally and internationally. Microsoft Access is a database program that can be used to store the data on a large scale. Ease in the data store, making the program into one of the priorities to be used as a data processing program by several institutions / agencies. Registration program based on Microsoft Access, is available a few pages, the main menu page that contains a Form page, and Reports page Exit button. Form Guide serves to input / update data, Such as: Participant Form, Form Athlete, Champion Code Form, Form Class Match, Champion Form, Report .. The Reports page is a recap of storage across the data already inputted in Form Button, Button Reports that is the button functions to exit the program registration Shindoka Karate championship.
