Abstract

Management is one of the things that must be done in the world of education, especially in schools. School is one of the formal institutions of education. Therefore schools should be able to produce products or graduates of quality in accordance with the demands and goals of education. To realize the achievement of educational goals it is necessary good management in schools in providing education to each learners Management of education undertaken in each school will certainly bring both positive and negative effects. If the management is done in earnest, then the impact will be more positive towards the progress of the school, whereas if the management is not done seriously and without any careful planning then the management will not bring a positive effect for the progress of the school. Vocational High School has a system, style and how to manage education in different schools, but the same goal is to produce graduates who qualified and in accordance with the educational objectives of adult humans, the system and how it will affect the successful processing of education conducted by schools
