Abstract

BSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of e-commerce, prices, labor and working hours on income through productivity in Sumbersari sub-district, Sumbersari sub-district, Jember district. The data used in this research is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents. To collect data, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique. The data processing method uses the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The tests used in this research are the data instrument test, the classic Ujo assumption, the T test and the Sobel test. The results of this research show directly that e-commerce and working hours have an effect on income while price and labor have no effect on income. And directly e-commerce, price, labor and working hours have no effect on productivity, while productivity has an effect on income. Keywords: E-commerce, Price, Labor, Working Hours and Income.
