Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of operating cash flow, dividend policy, managerial ownership, revenue growth, and company size on profit growth in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population in this study was 105 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 9 companies was obtained. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that simultaneously the operating cash flow, dividend policy, managerial ownership, revenue growth, and company size influence profit growth. Partially, operating cash flow, dividend policy, managerial ownership, and revenue growth influence profit growth, meanwhile company size partially has no effect on profit growth.
