Abstract
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT AL MUBAROK KOPONTREN, JEMBER REGENCY This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Kopontren al Mubarok, Jember Regency. The population in this study were active employees of al Mubarok kopontren. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application and used data analysis techniques for validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research shows that the variables of organizational commitment, organizational culture, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, organizational commitment variables partially have no effect on employee performance, organizational culture variables partially affect employee performance, transformational leadership variables partially Partial has no effect on employee performance, and organizational citizenship affects the performance of Kopontren Al Mubarok employees, Jember Regency.
