Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the implementation and impact of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) in supporting the realization of accountability and transparency of financial reports in Wringinrejo Village, Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods with the data used being primary data and secondary data obtained by data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance, Head of Planning and Head of Administration and General Affairs of Wringinrejo Village. Sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Village Financial System Application (Siskeudes) in the financial management of Wringinrejo Village has gone well in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. Village officials in charge of managing village finances coordinate with each other to create accountable and transparent village finances, especially in village financial reporting through the Siskeudes Application and accountability for village financial reporting. Even though there are some minor obstacles such as a lack of understanding of the use of this application, these obstacles can still be overcome by the Wringinrejo Village government. The Siskeudes application in managing village finances has had a positive impact on the Wringinrejo Village Government in realizing accountable and transparent financial reports because accountability for village financial reports using the Siskeudes Application becomes more practical, easier and safer. Accountability and transparency in Wringinrejo Village's financial reports are in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018.
