Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence on catering purchasing decisions at Karen Katering Jember. This type of research is quantitative with data sources obtained through purposive sampling techniques with a questionnaire distribution method. The data analysis method for this research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that the product, promotion, process and physical evidence variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the place, people and price variables do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
