Abstract

ABSTRACT Human Resources (HR) are a vital foundation in achieving organizational goals, especially in the complex era of globalization. Effective HR management requires integration with organizational culture, which can influence the success of HR management. Bank Indonesia implements change strategies through three organizational culture programs based on strategic values: BI Innovation, BI Digital, and BI Religious. This study aims to examine the impact of organizational culture, particularly BI Innovation, BI Digital, and BI Religious, on the performance of employees at the Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office. BI Innovation focuses on innovative approaches to achieving performance targets, BI Digital optimizes the use of digital platforms to support work behavior, and BI Religious aims to develop professional and morally upright employees. Employee performance is measured based on the quality and quantity of work results that align with given responsibilities and are carried out legally and ethically. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of all permanent employees at the Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office, totaling 47 people. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires with a Likert scale and literature study. Data analysis employed the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that organizational culture (BI Innovation, BI Digital, and BI Religious) simultaneously influences employee performance. BI Innovation and BI Digital have a significant impact on employee performance, indicating that innovation and the implementation of digital technology by Bank Indonesia have a positive effect. However, BI Religious does not show a significant impact on employee performance. The R-Square (R2) value demonstrates a strong predictive capability of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Keywords: Organizational Culture, BI Innovation, BI Digital, BI Religious, Employee Performance,
