Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Price, Brand Image, Promotion and Information Quality on Graha Mulia Probolinggo Supermarket Customer Satisfaction. Marketing has an important role for the development of the company. In the current era of globalization, business development is very rapid and is characterized by very tight business competition, especially as the relationship between retail and retail trade is very close. One of the retail businesses that is growing rapidly at the moment is supermarkets. Many supermarkets are offering a variety of services and becoming more organized. Retail success is based on providing customers with essential goods at affordable prices regardless of quality. The data used in this research is primary data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents, observation, interviews, literature study. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS analysis. This research uses quantitative methods, and the results show that the Promotion variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction while the Service Quality, Price, Brand Image and Information Quality variables do not have a significant effect.
