Abstract
ABSTRACT This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative methods. This method aims to present, collect and analyze answers from interviews as well as data based on documentation results which can provide a clear picture of the object under study, which can then be processed and analyzed to draw conclusions. The sample for this research was selected using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the perception of business actors regarding the use of QRIS can improve Umkm services in Gumukmas sub-district. QRIS has provided many benefits for Umkm actors regarding business development, there are many benefits that have been felt by Umkm actors in Gumukmas District, namely speed up transactions, minimize the risk of circulating counterfeit money, transactions can go directly into the account, no confusion in looking for change, transactions are easier and safer, making it easier for customers if they don't bring cash, just scan it via smartphone. There are MSME actors in Gumukmas District who are developing and there are also those who are less developed/as usual with Qris payments, they are not developing due to age and competitors, but are developing because there are more and more customers. MSME actors in Gumukmas are aware of the existence of Qris payments from Bank BRI, the Gumukmas unit itself, which offers it directly to its customers who have businesses to implement Qris payments. With this marketing strategy from BRI, MSME actors can improve their business by following the trending era. At the moment. Keywords: Qris, Development, MSMEs
