Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk with its segmentation and village empowerment programs implements a people's business credit program that aims to empower MSMEs from micro segmentation. KUR financing from Bank BRI Unit Puger has a significant role in the development of MSMEs in Puger District. KUR recipients experience increased access to capital, allowing them to expand their businesses, increase production, and create jobs. However, some challenges are also faced, such as a complex application process and strict requirements. Thus, this research is carried out qualitatively and also periodically and gradually to each element related to the observation and interview mechanism so that the public has insight into how people's business credit works to build the economy through a micro scale. The results of the study will show the role of the people's business credit program (KUR) for the people of Puger district.
