Abstract

ABSTRACT Economic developments and binsis that exist in Indonesia today have an impact on the increasing rate of growth in Indonesian business. The development of technology has made a shift in customer behavior from purchasing through an offline shop to purchasing through an online shop. With the development of technology through the online shop it makes people do not need to come directly to the store even young people at thistime decided to buy automotive products through the online shop because many of its a user of this application. This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping promotions, Customer ratings, and Customer reviews on purchase decisions on online shop Shopee. The method used is to provide questionnaires to shopee application users and collect quantitative data. After collecting data through interviews and questionnaires, it was found that the variables of Free Shipping promotion, customer rating, and customer review had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
