Abstract

ABSTRACT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cannot be separated from advances in application and information system technology on line, because of that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan created the JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan application. This application system is an online application that is used by all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, especially in Situbondo district. The JMO application functions to assist companies in making it easier to manage membership data related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The research aims, among others, to test and analyze the influence of application system quality, information system quality and E-Trust on the satisfaction of JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan user participants. The research was conducted on JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan user participants. The sample in this research is as many as 120 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, regression coefficient and dominant test. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the Quality of the Application System has a positive effect on the satisfaction of JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan user participants in Situbondo Regency. The quality of the Information System has a positive effect on the satisfaction of JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan user participants in Situbondo Regency. E-trust has a positive effect on participants' satisfaction with JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan users in Situbondo Regency. application system quality, The quality of the information system and E-trust have a simultaneous effect on the satisfaction of JMO BPJS Ketenagakerjaan user participants in Situbondo Regency. The dominant test result is the E-trust variable which has the highest result of the three variables studied.
