Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the procedure for granting State Civil Service (ASN) credit at Bank Jatim Bondowoso Branch. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is conducting studies in natural situations and the main tool is humans, meaning involving the researcher himself as an instrument, taking into account the researcher's ability to ask, track, observe, understand and construct the object being studied more clearly. The strategy used in this research uses the Narrative Study approach strategy. In the credit granting process, you need to pay attention when carrying out the credit granting process through 3 stages: credit application requirements, credit analysis and decisions. credit realization. State Civil Service Credit (ASN) is credit given to civil servants and P3K. In the procedure for granting ASN credit at Bank Jatim Bondowoso Branch, there are terms and conditions as well as guarantees that must be fulfilled by prospective debtors, where credit installments are calculated from the ceiling amount and the required time period.
