Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence on the variables Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline. The data processing method in this research uses data instrument tests, namely: validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypotheses, namely: t test and F test with motivational t test results work (X1) obtained 2,340, and work xvii environment (X2) obtained 2,908, and work discipline (X3) obtained 2,458 and calculated F value obtained 21,832, and coefficient of determination, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of the research show that the variable Work Motivation, Environment and Discipline do not partially have a significant effect on Teacher Performance at the Kasyfudduja Brakas Raas Foundation Sumenep, while the Work Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at the Kasyfudduja Brakas Raas Foundation Sumenep, and simultaneously the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables have a significant effect on Teacher Performance at the Kasyfudduja Brakas Raas Foundation, Sumenep.
