Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to test whether there is an influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on the decision to purchase fuel oil at Pertashop Bodang Village. The population in this study are motor vehicle buyers (users) who buy fuel oil. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 software. The results of this study are product quality, service quality, price and location partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to purchase fuel oil at Pertashop Bodang Village.
