Abstract
ABSTRACT Teacher performance is the teacher's ability to plan and implement the teaching and learning process, how to manage the class well, evaluate student learning outcomes, and use learning media. The performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities will have a major impact on the success of education. Factors that affect the success of teacher work are the principal's leadership, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of the principal's leadership, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on teacher performance at SMK PGRI 5 Jember. The sample in this study was 58 teachers. While the sampling technique uses non�probability sampling (saturated census sampling). This type of research uses quantitative methods by looking at the influence of the variables studied. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of principal leadership and work environment did not have a significant influence on teacher performance partially. The variables of work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on teacher performance partially. Simultaneously, the principal's leadership, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
