Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets, and budget adequacy on managerial performance. This research is a quantitative research, the data collection method used in this research is to use primary data obtained from questionnaires which are measured using a Likert scale research method. The population of this study are employees of PT PLN. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampel method. The number of respondent’s as many as 45 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) budgeting participation has a positive effect on managerial performance, (2) clarity of budget targets has a positive effect on managerial performance, (3) budget adequacy has no partial effect on managerial performance, (4) participation in budget preparation, clarity of budget targets and budget adequacy have a positive effect simultaneously.
