Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence, Work Motivation, Commitment, Job Training and Technological Sophistication on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. This type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, obsservation and literature study. The data analysis method used is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that Competence, Work Motivation, Commitment and Job Training have no partial effect on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information System. While Techological Sophistication has a partial effect on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information System and also Competence, Work Motivation, Commitment, Job Training and Techological Sophistication simultaneously influence the Effectiveness of Accounting Information System.
