Abstract
ABSTRACT The title of this research is "The Influence of Behavior, Village Financial Management, Clarity of Goals, Superior Support, and Training on Implementation of Village Financial Accounting Systems in Wuluhan District, Balung District, Semboro District, Jember Regency". This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of behavior, village financial management, clarity of goals, superior support, and training on the implementation of the village financial accounting system. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method in this study uses the Data Instrument Test Analysis method, namely: Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, namely: t test and test F, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. . The results showed that the variables of Attitude, Perception, Learning, Clarity of Goals, Superior Support, Partial Training Have a Significant Influence on the Implementation of the Village Financial System. While Motivation and Emotions partially have no significant effect on the Implementation of the Village Financial System. And Simultaneously, the variables of Attitude, Motivation, Emotion, Perception, Learning, Clarity of Goals, Supervisor's Support, and training have a significant effect on the Implementation of the Village Financial System in Wuluhan District, Balung District, Semboro District, Jember Regency Keywords: Attitudes, Perceptions, Learning, Clarity of Goals, Superior Support, Training, Implementation of the Village Financial System
