Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability, ownership structure, and environmental performance on firm value. The population in this study are basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and a total of 49 companies were obtained. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that profitability proxied by Retrun On Assets, ownership structure proxied by managerial ownership partially affected firm value, while corporate social responsibility proxied by CSRIJ, ownership structure proxied by institutional ownership, environmental performance proxied by PROPER partially had no effect on firm value. But simultaneously it shows that corporate social responsibility, profitability, ownership structure, and environmental performance affect firm value.
