Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, motivation, and communication on employee job satisfaction at Dira Cafe Ambulu employees. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees of Dira Café Ambulu totaling 50 people. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that leadership, work environment, motivation, and communication have a partial effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously leadership, work environment, motivation, and communication affect employee job satisfaction.
