Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and prove the effect leverage, capital structure, total assets turnover, sales growth, and earning per share to financial performance. The population in this study uses the Company Property and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2022. This study uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling, so that a sample of 17 companies was obtained. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study show that partially variable leverage, capital structure, and sales growth no effect on financial performance. While variables total assets turnover and earning per share effect on financial performance. Simultaneously variable leverage, capital structure, total assets turnover, sales growth, and earning per share effect on financial performance.
