Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the managerial performance of the company. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from each of the financial reports of the consumer goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples taken in this determination were 4 companies in the industrial sector using literature and documentation methods. The data obtained is then processed using each variable consisting of EVA (ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED) and MVA (MARKET VALUE ADDED). The results of this study indicate that the calculation of EVA and MVA on managerial performance in industrial sector companies is good. This can be seen from the 4 companies that were the objects of research from 4 periods, namely 2015 - 2019. Keywords: EVA (ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED) and MVA (MARKET VALUE ADDED), Financial Statements.
