Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE ON HUMAN RESOURCES CAPABILITIES IN CHOI AND CHORRY CREATIVE HOUSING MSMES IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA Oleh: Siti Fatimah Dr Dedy Wijaya Kusuma ST,MPd Drs Bagus Qomaruzaman RE,M.P Program Studi Manajemen STIE Mandala Jember This study aims to determine the effect of skills and knowledge on the ability of human resources in the choi and chorry creative house SMEs in the new normal era. In this study, researchers used primary data in this study obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study used all 14 employees of the choi and chorry creative house as a sample. The analytical techniques used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) knowledge partially has no significant effect on the ability of human resources, (2) skills partially have a significant effect on the ability of human resources, (3) and simultaneously skills and knowledge affect the ability of human resources. man.
