Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY(CSR) PT YTL (YEOH TIONG LAY) JAWA TIMUR TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN PAITON KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO ABSTRAK The purpose of this study is to determine the forms of Corporate Social Responsibility of PT YTL (Yeoh Tiong Lay) East Java and implementation Corporate the community. This study uses qualitative approach by collecting data through the interview process with the company, the village government and the community as well as attention to the supporting literature. The data analysis uses SWOT analysis. Based on the research result, PT YTL (Yeoh Tiong Lay) East Java has implemented its programs both in the field of partnership and development environment. The forms of Corporate Social responsibility that are carried out by YTL (Yeoh Tiong Lay) East Java including, beach cleaning, petis energy development program, mentoring and training women’s farmer groups, fisherman’s groups, repair of street lights and educational assistance. The program implemented by PT YTL (Yeoh Tiong Lay) East java very supported by the community and has positive image in the eyes of the community where company is located. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Kesejahteraan Masyarakat dan Analisis Swot.
