Abstract

The main purpose of the company is to maximize shareholder wealth, this can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. The value of the firm is determined by the stock market. Prosperity of shareholders will increase if the stock price has increased. Meanwhile, the ups and downs of stock market prices are determined by several factors, both internal and external factors. This study aims to determine and prove empirically the influence of Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure, Intellectual Capital Disclosure, GCG, Leverage Ratio, and Inflation on Corporate Value. The population in this study is a manufacturing company registered in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2012-2016. The population is taken by using purposive sampling method, so that obtained 7 companies that meet the criteria of research. Data analysis method used is, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Dummy Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Test using probability value 0,05. The results showed that ERM Disclosure, GCG and Leverage Ratio variables significantly influence the Company Value. While IC Disclosure and Inflation have no significant effect on Corporate Value.
