Abstract

This study aims to analysis the influences of profitability, liquidity, leverage, earning per share, and firm size on share prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The data that used were financial statements (annual report) during 2013 - 2017. The sample method that used in this study was purposive sampling. The whole samples consisted of 16 food and beverage corporates that listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand. This research used SPSS 23.0 to be analytical tool. The hypothesis examination is t test statistic to determine direct and indirect effect between exogenous variable and endogenous variable. The result showed that profitability and earning per share have significance effect to dividend policy. While liquidity, leverage and firm size have insignificance effect. Profitability, earning per share, and dividend policy have significance effect to share price, while liquidity, leverage, and firms size have insignificance effect to share price. Dividend policy can be intervening variable between profitability, leverage, and firm size to share prices.
