Abstract
ABSRACT This study aims to analyze and test the effect of Capital Loans, Working Hours, Tariffs, Number of Orders and Incentives on the Income of Grab Bike Drivers in Jember Regency. The background of this study departs from the increasing number of workers in the Online transportation sector, especially Grab, which makes this profession a primary source of income for the community. However, there are differences in income levels between drivers influenced by various operational and economic factors. The population in this study were all Grab Bike Drivers operating in the Jember Regency area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by considering certain criteria, such as length of service as a driver and daily activity level. The number of samples used in this study was 60 respondents. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 program. The results of the study showed that partially the variables of Capital Loans (X1), Working Hours (X2), Tariffs (X3), Number of Orders (X4) and Incentives had a positive and significant effect on the Income (Y) of Grab Bike Drivers in Jember Regency. This means that the higher the level of capital access, longer working hours, higher fares, and the greater the number of orders received, the higher the driver's income. Simultaneously, these five variables also significantly influence Income (Y), indicating that these factors play a significant role in determining the income level of Grab Bike drivers in Jember Regency.
