Abstract

ABSTRACT Coffee farmers play an important role in the coffee industry, because they are the main source of coffee beans that are used to be processed into various products, taking into account factors such as plant variates, climate, and proper cultivation techniques. Tlogosari, Situbondo Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study focuses on the Post -harvest Potential of Arabica Coffee in Tlogosari Village, Situbondo Regency. The aim of this study was to find out how the post-harvest potential of Arabica coffee is in Tlogosari Village, Situbondo Regency. The type in this study used a qualitative descriptive study, using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling and data collection using interviews, documentation, direct observation, and literature review. an important role in supporting the family economy, and very influential due to age and minimal education and the unavailability of tools and knowledge of farmers in productive behavior in carrying out post-harvest after harvest so that productivity results are not optimal.
