Abstract

ABSTRACT BRImo mobile banking technology is a service provided by BRI to its customers to enable them to carry out banking transactions anytime, anywhere without having to visit a bank office or an ATM machine. Mobile banking services provided by banks offer various conveniences to satisfy some people with easy transactions. Customer satisfaction is the main thing for every banking company and should not be ignored. This is because customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining the company's image in society. This study aims to determine the convenience and security factors of mobile banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Jember. A total of 96 respondents were surveyed online using the convenience sampling method. The form of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data were processed using descriptive analysis, instrument data tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, linearity test), multiple regression, and hypothesis testing (t test, F test, and coefficient of determination). The results of this study show that the convenience variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the security variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the convenience and security variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
