Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, EFFECTIVENESS AND PARTICIPATION ON VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT WITH VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT AS INTERVENING VARIABELES (Case Study in Pakusari District, Jember Regency) By Baydatul Komariya Yuniorita Indah Handayani Mainatul Ilmi Accounting Study Program ITS Mandala Jember This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Accountability regression, Transparency, Effectiveness and Community Participation on Village Development through Village Fund Management in Pakusari District, Jember Regency. This study used a questionnaire distribution method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 29. The population in this study were village apparatus and the community in Pakusari District, Jember Regency. The results of the study show that accountability, transparency and effectiveness do not directly affect the management of village funds. Community participation has a direct effect on the management of village funds. Accountability, effectiveness and community participation do not directly affect village development. Transparency has a direct effect on village development. Village fund management has a direct effect on village development. Accountability, transparency and effectiveness have no effect on village development through the management of village funds. Community participation influences village development through the management of village funds.
