Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the effect of working capital, working hours, number of workers, and culture on the welfare of fishing communities through community income in Kilensari Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency. And the background as the largest archipelago with the number of islands reaching 17,500. abundant processed marine potential such as oil and gas mining, coastal waters, and seaweed which can be utilized as a source of life for the population. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the results of distributing questionnaires to 28 respondents, interviews, and documentation. This research uses quantitative methods, and the results show that the variables of working capital, working hours, and culture have a significant effect on income. income, working capital, and culture have a positive and significant effect on welfare variables.
