Abstract
ABTRACT Prabu Fleandika Resgyananda. The Influence of Work Culture, Work Environment, Work Compensation, Efficiency and Effectiveness on Employee Performance at the Jember Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (Case Study of Employees at the Jember Regency Population and Civil Registration Service) The type of research used is quantitative research with an explanatory survey approach, where survey research is used to explain causal relationships and hypothesis testing. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources with a total of 64 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of the implementation of Work Culture and the performance of the Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jember Regency.
