Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, price, and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Tobacco Barbershop Jember. The research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research object using a purposive sampling technique using the path analysis method. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this study was Tobacco Barbershop Jember customers with a total sample of 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that service quality, price and trust have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has no direct effect on customer loyalty, price and trust have a direct effect on customer loyalty, service quality, price and trust have an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Tobacco Barbershop Jember.
