Abstract

ABSTRACT The influence of globalization on industrial development encourages the establishment of various public and private companies. One of the conditions for a company to function well is to have high-performing employees in order to achieve maximum results through increasing the value of work productivity. Increased employee performance results in fatigue, so compensation is given to prevent fatigue and violations of working hours that often occur. This study purposes to determine the effect of work discipline, work experience, and employee compensation at PT Cipta Akses Indotama Jember Regency on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 53 employees and obtained a regression equation Y = 3,857 + 0.196X1 + 0.192X2 + 0.256X3 + e . The results of the study explain the work discipline, work experience, and compensation of employees of PT Cipta Akses Indotama Jember Regency affect employee performance.
