Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of asset structure, company size, profitability, business risk, and liquidity on capital structure using the LQ45 index company research object listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted for five consecutive years from 2018 to 2022 which included 16 company samples taken using a purposive sampling technique. By using multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially asset structure, business risk, and liquidity have an effect on capital structure. Firm size and profitability have no effect on capital structure. Simultaneously, asset structure, company size, profitability, business risk, and liquidity have an effect on capital structure.
