Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Jember. The research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research object using the non-probability sampling technique, namely the saturated sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Jember with a total of 42 respondents. Data analysis used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), t test and f test using SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and work environment partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Jember. While Organizational Culture partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Jember. And simultaneously the variables Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Jember.
