Abstract

ABSTRACT This Final Project Research is entitled "The Role of Cusomer Service in the Mechanism of Opening Savings at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Anugerahdharma Yuwana Jember" discussed the role of customer service in the savings opening mechanism with the aim of knowing more comprehensively about the role of customer sevice in the savings opening mechanism at PT. people's credit bank anugerahdharma yuwana Jember. The method used is qualitative based on field data whose data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, with descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that customer service essentially studies various techniques related to procedures for handling good savings opening mechanisms according to SOP. Customer service or customer service at a bank is a service provided by the bank to customers in particular and the public in general related to the daily business and operations of the bank. The role of customer service here can be referred to as a very important bank front line unit, namely as the executor of the initial process of bank activities that are directly related to customers.
