Abstract

ABSTRACT DESIGN OF ACTIVITY HONOR INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE CENTRAL STATISTICS AGENCY OF JEMBER DISTRICT. The Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik or BPS) is a Non- Ministerial Government Institution directly accountable to the President. One of the main tasks of BPS in Jember District is to provide data needs for the government and the public. This data is obtained from self-conducted censuses or surveys, as well as from other government departments or institutions as secondary data. The purpose of this study is to create a system for managing the database of mitrastatistik officers, the honor activity database of mitrastatistik officers, and tools for monitoring and evaluation management information system based on website technology at BPS Jember. This research utilizes the methods of designing system context diagrams, DFDs (Data Flow Diagrams), flowcharts, and ERDs (Entity-Relationship Diagrams) using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The research output is a web-based honor activity application that can be accessed online by all officers, thus facilitating activity monitoring and evaluation.
