Abstract

ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BALANCED SCORECARD AS A MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT IN PT. SENYUM MEDIA JEMBER This study aims to examine and analyze how a company's performance is measured using the Balanced Scorecard approach, which measures performance from four perspectives, namely a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective and a growth and learning perspective. This research was conducted at PT Senyum Media Jember, the data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents through distributing questionnaires. In this study, two types of respondents were used, namely employees and customers. While secondary data is obtained from financial data used to measure company performance from a financial perspective. Measurements on each of the variables used are the financial perspective using ROA, ROE and NPM, the customer perspective using customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer satisfaction, the internal business process perspective using innovation, after-sales service and operating processes, while the growth and learning using employee satisfaction. employee retention and employee productivity. The results showed that the total score obtained by PT Senyum Media Jember based on the Balanced Scorecard was 79.4. so that the performance of PT Senyum Media Jember as a whole can be categorized into Very Healthy conditions with category A.
