Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Partial and Simultaneous of Work System variables, Morale, Incentives, and Job Promotion on Employee Performance of PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. The data used in this study are Primary data and Secondary data with the data processing method used, namely using the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test namely Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis , Coefficient of Determination Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and F-test with the help of SPSS 25 analysis. The results showed that the Job Promotion variable partially had no direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work System, Work Spirit, and Incentive variables partially direct and significant effect on Employee Performance PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. And, simultaneously, the variables of Work System, Morale, Incentives, and Position Promotion have an effect on Employee Performance of PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember.
