Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax awareness, service tax officers, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jember. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the determination of the sample was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used data quality test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Tax Knowledge, Tax Awareness and Service of Tax Officers have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance and the Tax Sanctions variable has no significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance at the Jember Pratama Tax Service Office. Taken together, it shows that Tax Knowledge, Tax Awareness, Tax Officer Services, and Tax Sanctions affect Taxpayer Compliance.
