Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION AN WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF SAVE AND LOAN COOPERATIVE AGENCY OF VILLAGE CREDIT AGENCY IN JEMBER This study aims to examine the Effect of Communication on Savings and Loans at the Village Credit Board in Jember. This research is categorized as quantitative research. In this study, all employees of the cooperative, totaling 450 people with a sample of 82 people, determined the sample using the Slovin formula. Sampling technique using Double Sampling. Data analysis in this study used Validity Test, Normality Test, Multiconarity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Determination Test (R2), T Test, F Test. The results of this study indicate that communication (X1) has no effect on employee performance. while for work discipline (X2) has a partial effect, and communication and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
