Abstract

ABSTRACT Attendance is an important thing in a government agency or school, with a good attendance system, it is hoped that it can assist in controlling the process of completing work so that maximum results are obtained and in accordance with the goals set. The salary or honorarium system is to develop a set of procedures that may be the company or agency to attract, retain, and motivate staff to control the cost of paying salaries with procedures that are in accordance with the salary policy of each teacher, and are policies that are considered fair. The attendance and honorarium system has an important role in everyday life, especially in schools, universities, factories, offices, hospitals, and other places. In this era of globalization, computers are very important in the need for very accurate, precise, and fast information in presenting very complete data is one of the important goals. For this, computers play an active role in all fields and make one's work easier. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to make an information system that can guarantee speed, efficiency and a big influence on attendance and honorarium. This study aims to create a system that can produce a design for absenteeism and honorarium systems quickly and create a more structured system in dealing with absenteeism and honorariums. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive, quantitative is a systematic study of the parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships. then the data collection method using interviews, observation, literature study.
