Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1. Knowing the service quality has a partial effect on community satisfaction; 2. Knowing the standard operating procedure (S.O.P ) has a partial effect on community satisfaction; 3. Knowing the regional retribution has a partial effect on community satisfaction; 4. Knowing that the office atmosphere has a partial effect on people's satisfaction; 5. Knowing the quality of service, standard operating procedures, regional retribution and office atmosphere have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The population in this study is community satisfaction. A sample of 100 respondents was determined by sampling technique. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the service quality variable has no partial effect on community satisfaction, the standard operating procedure variable has a partial effect on community satisfaction, the regional retribution variable has no partial effect on community satisfaction, the office atmosphere variable has no partial effect on community satisfaction and service satisfaction variables, standard operating procedures, regional retribution and office atrnosphere have an effect on community satisfaction.
